What's it like to work at MediRevv?
Treat people well, work diligently, and amazing things will happen. That’s what we believe, but if you’re looking for a window into our culture, our MediRevvers say it best.
"I came for the job opportunity, but I stayed for the culture."
"The respect that MediRevv shows to each employee isn't something I take for granted. It's why I work hard to have their back, know they have mine."
"MediRevv gave me time off to help clean up after a tornado and to volunteer at a shelter for battered women. Those are life experiences that I will always remember."
Awards are a win-win situation.
We win lots of awards, but it’s never all about us. It’s all about the people who work here. And really, every time we bring home new hardware for our award cabinet, the bar jumps a notch higher.
We saw what you did. And we're thrilled.
We get so much joy out of celebrating our team members. We ring our big bell to celebrate contracts signed, goals met, babies born and so much more. We award an extra hour of paid time off for a few team members who have gone the extra mile. And, random acts of kindness at MediRevv typically take the form of gift cards.
Long and short, we’re quick to give a nod to jobs well done.
Celebrate good times, come on!
MediRevv definitely knows how to have fun. You could say that we epitomize the “work hard, play hard” mentality.
Come on in and have a look around
MediRevv’s home base today consists of two modern, high-efficiency buildings nestled beside a treed bike/walk path and (rarely traveled) railroad tracks.
MediRevv gives back. How we do it might surprise you.
Take 8 hours every 6 months to volunteer in your community. We’ll pay you to do it.
